I recently purcahsed a new iphone, and after setting up the new device, the Circle App is requesting a passcode before I can use it properly. I am the only admin on the account, and despite several requests for the app to send me a new passcode I haven't received anything. As a result I can't access any of the information, nor manage any devices on the service. I'm using an Orbi RBR50 setup. Can you/someone help?

Disney Circle Passcode
I recently purcahsed a new Netgear router with Circle and after setting up the new device and the Circle App on my Samsung Galaxy (to the point where I was about to decide whether to purchase the Premium Circle service), it is now is requesting a passcode before I can use it properly. I am the only admin on the account, and despite several requests for the app to send me a new passcode I haven't received anything. I live in Australis. As a result I can't access Circle and if I do it pauses the router each time.I'm using an Nighthawk R7000P router. Can you/someone help please?
