Disney Circle Premium subscription - move to new router

Upgraded my router to the new RAX80.  Have a Disney circle subscription purchased when using my old Netgear router.   I can't set up Circle premium on my new router says I already have a subscription.  There doesn't appear to be a way to acces the active subscription I already have.

Is there  work around.  I have a 1 year subscription so can't cancel it and open a new one.
