Disney Circle and Orbi
I have an Orbi AC3000 system and the Disney Circle parental control hardware 1st generation. I didn't know that Disney Circle was included with the Orbi system. My Circle parental controls have dropped service every once in awhile. Could that be because I also have the Circle hardware connected to my Orbi router? Should I get rid of the Circle hardware and just use what's provided through the Orbi? Any thoughts or recommendations would be helpful.

Re: Disney Circle and Orbi
Hi @Ecclesia1, welcome to the community! If you are already using a Circle hardware then there is no need for you to enable the feature on your Orbi router. The Circle feature for the Orbi requires a separate subscription described on the link below.
