Disney Circle goes offline everyday

The Disney Circle parental controls go offline almost daily. This is worthless if it doesn't stay online. I noted there were several other community posts on this topic, but no fix. Please assist.

I frequently receive the following message from the Circle app on my phone:

"Not connected to Circle!" 

However, tapping the Reconnect link does not work. Please provide a solution!
