Disney Circle is counting computer-to-computer access within my home network as internet access time
I have the disney circle enabled on my Netgear router. My kids do homeschool through a home network so that the satellite computers can access the sequel database on my "host" laptop. The system uses the wifi in the router, but does not require internet access since the traffic is all machine-to-machine internal to our home network. Every day I get a message on the circle app that my son has used his allotted 1.5 hours of internet time, but I have all of his devices "paused" through the circle app. When I check the history there is nothing listed. When I check the activity log the only thing listed is the ip address of the router. I think this is a bug, because the circle software should only be tracking internet traffic and not local router traffic. It is very frustrating for both my son and myself. I can't contact customer service directly since I'm out of my 90 day free service, and Disney points the finger at Netgear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
