Disney Circle not texting the passcode

I lost my phone and backed up all my apps through Google on the new phone. When I open the CIrcle app and ask it to send me the passcode I never get a text even though it has the same phone number. I am the only admin.

i tried that, but they only adviced me to reset my whole Orbi router, and that is not practical at all because i have to repeat all the configuration again.....

I have a solution that might work with others, I spent around 1 hour calling the NetGear support (I live in Dubai) and the only solution they came up with is to reset the whole router. of course you can't backup/restore because you will recreate the problem.

 

I tried emailing back Disney Circle support (who are the ones who refered me to NG support) and eventually they provided me with the passcode stored at their servers, which worked with me and opened the app Smiley Happy

 

Half the problem solved, now i need to figure out how to enable the premium features.

 

I hope this will help some people.

Any chance of private messaging me the passcode please im desperate to limit my 2 teens on fortnight at the moment one of them is staying on it until the early hours so we having to unplug the whole router at his bedtime so everyone is having to suffer cheers

Any help appeciated.

 

TRying to setup Disney Circle via the Netgear AC7000 router and disney App to limit my 15 year old daughters extensive internet time...

 

I am in australia and entered my phone number including the Oz code but never get the passcode.

 

It seems disney support has no actual email contact and same netgear, neither seems interested in supporting circle.

 

All I need to do is contact them to get the passcode.

Anyone have their tech support emails?
