Disney Circle

I have the Disney Circle app setup, but it keeps going offline.  It doesn't stay connected so i am unable to track what the kids are doing during the day.  I have to reset and find the router when I get home every night... Thus making the app useless.

Any ideas as to why it is not staying online?
