Does anyone know why my Disney Circle app on my iphone is "erasing" all of my data lately? So far this has occured twice in the last month. I ended up having to recreate all of my family's profiles on the app and reconnecting all of our devices. Then today, the same thing occurred. Everything appears to be lost. Anyone have suggestions on how to recover the information and get the app to open up as if I'm an existing user?
For at least two weeks now I haven't been able to access my Disney Circle information via my iPhone app. My phone number is (215) 620-0802. The best time to reach me is weekdays between noon and 4 p.m. We have the ORBI RBR50. I also have the new iOS 12.0. I'm wondering if the new update has something to do with the fact that the Circle app thinks I'm not a registered user?
