Disney circle R7000P can't connect to circle

We upgraded our router in November to use the Disney Circle app. I continually have problems with the app disonnecting and saying I'm not connected to Circle. I have had multiple tickets directly with Netgear, but now I'm past my 90 days and it's happening again. I've been disconnected for days with no understanding of why. It will not let me connect. Wifi works fine....but the app doesn't.
