Disney circle and Youtube and youtube tv

I have my devices to only allow youtube for an hour a day. The problem is it also switches off youtube tv. Is there a way to keep youtube to have an hour time limit but youtube tv no time limit with disney circle?

This is so specific to Disney Circle that the only people who are likely to have an answer will be watching the Circle community forum:

I, personally, have never activated Circle and my impression is that most of the users who watch this forum also have not turned it on.
