Disney circle not counting time correctly
I have Circle enabled on my R7000(firmware ver. 1.0.9.26). I have setup total daily limit of 2 hours. I noticed even my son only used his iPhone for less than 2 hours, maybe just one and a half hours, it will still say time limit is up. How does the timing works on Circle?

Re: Disney circle not counting time correctly
Why are the replies by Netgear a secret and are only being sent by Netgear directly and privately to the person asking the question? How is it a "community" then?
I have the same question and came here for a solution.
I need to know how Circle is counting time on our devices, as when I set time limits does it count actual active time on the device as well as inactive time when a website or app may be running in the background when the phone is not being used? Please advise ASAP.
