I have the same problem. My mobile is reset due to repair. Now i am not able to login to circle app and passcode is also not sending. Error "Failed to send passcode"

I'm just curious: Has anyone had a successful reset experience? Here's hoping someone has, I haven't seen any follow-up to indicate it. I certainly have not and have cancelled the Circle service.

My Circle 1st Gen app freaked out this morning, acting like I don't have a premium subscription (which I do), and the router is blocking my kids' school websites. So I uninstalled Circle 1st Gen and re-installed but now I can't get back in because it's asking for a PIN and I've tried all that I ever use but nothing works. So I say I'm the only admin and it says it's sending me a text but I never receive it.
Help!

I cannot access circle. I keep receiving a screen saying that I need an access code, but one never arrives in my email. My children are locked out of necessary sites needed for school.

Having the same issue - replaced my phone and now getting "failed to send passcode".
This topic has been here for 2 years. Even though it seems to be solved via direct contacts with representatives, I think it's time to address the problem with developers or let Netgear customers upgrade to Circle gen 2

Not sure what's going on here, but I had included my info in my post (email, model, serial number) but now it's not there. And I didn't remove it. And I haven't received any info on how to reset my PIN and I'm still locked out of Circle.
@Christian_R Did you get my info? Can you help please help me?

I restarted my router and the circle app does not connect. Asks for a management password and I am not able to get the password using the send me a text option. What is the best way to get the password or reset it.

I can not access Circle. I select the option for I'm the only Circle admin, then Text Me the passcode, but nothing ever comes to my phone.

I'm having the same issue can someone help me access Circle on my Orbi RBR20 so I can turn it off.
I'm not gettimg the stupid passcode.

I too have a new cell and do not have access to the old cell and can not access Circle to reset or change the setings.
can a Netgear admin can reset it for me?

I am having issues reconnecting with my circle. I have requested the passcode be sent via SMS to my phone several times and have not received anything.

Having the same issue. Upgraded my iphone. When launching the circle app. It detects my router/wifi is using circle. Then asked to get a text after mentioning Im the only admin. Not receiving text. Not sure how this will work if there is no phone attached to my account. Then I tried to go to my profile to add a phone number. There is no option to add.
Please assist.
