Re: Does Disney Circle filter & Nighthawk individual websites when using a Chromebook?

I'm looking to repurchase a newer Nighthawk since Disney Circle is now supported internally. I had a preview AC1900 that did not support the Circle. My kids use Acer Chromebooks, using Google OS the thr Chrome browser. I've tried using many different software based filters to filter unwanted game and video sites, but none of them work if your child knows how to use Google's "Incognito" mode. My question is... Will Circle filter individual websites like youtube and gaming sites even if they open an incognito window?
