I'm having serious issues getting Disney Circle to work – I have been trying this since I bought the product over a year ago and the issue is still unresolved.
Believe I have done everything according to instructions, but once I get to the point of enabling Circle on my iPhone I get the: "Darn, couldn’t find Circle on your router" error.
The Router is configured in "Router" mode.
Parental control "enabled":
Im connected to the correct and the same WIFI ("The Net"):
The details:
Hardware Version |
R8000P |
Firmware Version |
V1.4.1.30_1.2.26 |
GUI Language Version |
V1.4.1.30_2.1.46.1 |
In terms of trouble shooting, I have tried rebooting, resetting, etc. still nothing.
Why is this not workling?... its driving me insane - I only bought this router because of the Circle feature, so ergo I would really appriciate any help getting this to work 🙂
Cheers.

Hi @Stromsted,
Welcome to the community!
The R8000P is not among the models that support the Circle feature. The link below lists the routers that do.

What you have enabled is the LPC (Live Parental Controls) feature. The link below may help in setting it up.
