Ghost Devices cannot be removed from Circle (1st Generation) app

Hi All,

I have a couple of devices listed in myCircle (1st Generation) App from some guests visting. I noticed it was strange that they had left and their devices still appeared on Circle App (iphone). When removing these devices via Circle app, it keeps on coming back (they were not left behind either). I have checked on Orbi Netgear App and none of these devices (ie via MAC Address) exist on the network. I have paused device on Circle, I have deleted Circle app and updated latest software on Orbi and iphone (App). It still keeps on coming back. The ghost will not leave. Any ideas to purge this evil device on Circle app?

Really? Message only so nobody else gets the benefit of fixing this bug? Especially when this has been a problem for years.

Device powered off physically.

Device removed from network.

Device removed from home.

Device DHCP/DNS removed from local server

Device is no longer seen on RBR50 and RBS50 under "connected devices"

MAC no longer exists anywhere.

Device removed from Circle (1st Gen on Netgear)

10 seconds later, device that no longer physically exists shows back up in Circle only.

This is a bug. Pure and simple.
