How setup multiple router per circle app

I have circle parental controls enabled on my home R7000 router and use the circle app on my iPhone to manage. I’d like to enable circle on a router at a secondary home, which also has R7000... but I can’t figure out how to setup this second router on the circle app on my phone. Is this possible? Can one circle iPhone app manage two different routers?
