Hi
We had a power cut and the Orbi router was shut off.
Since them when I use Circle Premium which bills my iTunes account every month, it tells me I dont have premium anymore and I have to choose between Basic and Premium. I have rebooted the Orbi and checked latest firmware installed.
The most annoying thing is all my settings ofr each family member could have been lost.
Do I cancel the subscription and start with a new one??
Thanks
J

Re: Lost Circle premium subscription and all preferences
Does that mean that when the router lost all its settings when it came on after the power cut?
Do you have a backup of your settings that you can reload?
What is the model of the Orbi?
By the way, you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to
General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk). (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.) Your device is an Orbi WiFi System.
You might get better replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section:
Orbi - NETGEAR Communities
There is also a section for Circle stuff:
Circle Smart Parental Controls - NETGEAR Communities

Hi danesbury,
Were you able to get this sorted out?
