Lost Circle subscription and all profile information
Hi there,
Randomly lost all subscription information from Circle a couple of days ago.
Have tried following instructions on https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003327512-My-Circle-on-NETGEAR-Premium-Features-..., router has the latest firmware (2.3.5.26), and the 'Restore Purchase' link in the Circle app as describedin the article isn't there.
I've checked my subscriptions on google play and have and active annual Circle 1st generation (Circle Premium for NETGEAR) valid till April 2020 and a Circle Go monthly renewing in September 2019.
When i try to just active again using the 30 day trial I get an error message stating that my order is processing and will be available in a few minutes (have tried this 4 times over the last day and a half)
Not too sure what to try next, has anyone else come across this before?
