Lost/Forgotten passcode for CIRCLE - need help to reset this
As per the title, I have had a change of phone and on reinstalling the Circle app I am being asked to provide a 4 digit passcode I no longer have access to.
Sending it to my mobile via SMS is not working as I presume this either doesn't work outside the US or my number is/was incorrect in the app on my previous phone.
Either way, I have a subscription and cannot reaccess it on my new device.
I have read multiple other threads in this community that indicate the only way to get this is for Netgear support to validate my deivce/identity and then send me the passcode directly.
Can someone from Netgear please confirm and reach out to me to get this process underway please ?
