Mistakenly activated the parental controls
Inadvertanly activated the parental controls on my Orbi app and now I can't access my main pc. How can I deactivate parental controls or how can I enable my pc, its listed in the "Always On device List but no internet access.
How can I resolve this problem.

Re: Mistakenly activated the parental controls
My Orbi app has a slider in the upper right corner of Parental Controls. Can you slide it to the left?
Which parental controls is this: Circle or the "new" Netgear Smart Parental Controls?
Netgear has separate community forums for each:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Circle-Smart-Parental-Controls/bd-p/en-home-circle
https://community.netgear.com/t5/NETGEAR-Smart-Home-Parental/bd-p/en-home-smart-parental-controls
Sometimes "desparate times call for desparate measures". I am pretty sure that doing a Factory Reset with the web interface will present the opportunity to enable Parental Controls which can be declined.

Re: Mistakenly activated the parental controls
I've mistakenly activated the Smart Parental Controls on June 12 with a new update and now my thermostate won't connect nor any new devices.
I tried adding everything to the Always on Device list but they are still Offline.

If neither the Orbi web interface nor the Orbi 'app' will allow you to disable Parental Controls, it may be that the only way out is to reset the router and configure it from scratch. (This time, do not turn on Parental Controls.)
Depending on which Parental Controls have been activated, posting the problem in the community forum for the product may find that someone has a less drastic solution:
