My 16 year old has the circle app and the circle pin and is laughing at me
So I got circle working with my Orbi Mesh Router. Problem is, my 16 year old (who I got the circle premium membership for in the first place) downloaded the circle app, got the circle passcode and has FULL control over circle. So he just disables it at night when he wants to use it. I can find NO WAY to reset the #$%%^ passcode and log him out so he can't access it. His phone is face id protected and I can't access his phone. How do I reset the passcode so he no longer has access to the circle network?

Re: My 16 year old has the circle app and the circle pin and is laughing at me
Hi @mfleishman, welcome to the community! On the Circle app, please try going to Menu (3 lines on the top left) > Manage > Get Circle Passcode. Take note of the new passcode. Then uninstall and reinstall the app. Login using the new passcode and enable the app lock PIN following the steps on the link below.

Once you've done this, you can then ask your child to uninstall the Circle app from his/her device.
