I recently upgraded my phone and am now unable to access my circle parental controls subscription account. I trying using the "I'm the only Circle admin" to reset the passcode, but I am not getting a text. I also tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the app and reset my devices. Nothing I have tried is working.
I can't believe that I am have payed for a service and now have no way to access it, nor is anyone with NETGEAR even attempting to assist to make things right. It is extremely unsetting.
