Need Circle Passcode

I have just enrolled the Circle subscription and it asks me for the 4 digit passcode. I also tried sending via SMS, but my phone has not received it. Can you advise?

I have read through many threads, and it appears that the password may need to be reset or provided by Netgear / Circle. The pity is, i don't even remember what phone number I used on registration.
