Need Circle passcode, but is sent to old phonenumber
Hi,
I just now tried to reinstall Circle. Whereas Circle was immediately detected on the Netgear Orbi wifi network, I now need the passcode to complete installation. Hitting "send" does not give me my passcode which I suspect is because I used another phonenumber when installing. How can I get my passcode and.or change my registered Circle phonenumber when I cannot enter the app?

Hi Christian, I provided you with all the requested details last week. When can I expect a resolution? Situation is quite annoying as circle still blocks network traffic and there is nothing I can do to control. I guess my only alternative is to cancel my subscription and open a new one - or find another suppliuer/service. I cannot imagine that is netgear/circle's goal...
