We lost power and internet for 24 hours and afterwards Circle was having issues. When I logged into the Circle 1st Gen app it no longer considered me a premium user. Following instructions on the website I deleted and reinstalled the Circle 1st Gen App on my iPhone.
Now it is asking me for a passcode. When i press the resend code nothing happens. On my Orbi there is no way to reset the code. Please assist.
I will need the following info so that I can validate and retrieve the passcode from our system. Please send me the requested info in a private message.
I had power failure a few days ago and afterwards my Circle App (Circle 1st gen) on my iPhone won't connect and says 'Unable to find Circle'. If I try to 'Pair new Circle' it requests a Passcode from another device, but my phone is my primary device and I have no other. Sending as text doesn't work either.
I would really appreciate some advice onhow to fix this issue.
