Netgear Orbi Circle Passcode won’t work on new iPhone I’m the only admin

Upgraded to my new iPhone since then the circle won’t text me a code to reset up the app for the circle parental controls. Please can someone help me, I cannot find anything online except for factory reset? Surely not?!! Thanks
