Netgear R6400v2 - trying to configure Circle on router

I am trying to install the Circle app on my router - R6400v2. When I start the Circle app on my phone it says that it can't find Circle on my router. I checked the list to see if my router is compatible and it shows that it is.

Do I need to install or configure some software on my router before I start the circle app on my phone?

May you reinstall the app and check to see if your router is due for a firmware update as well.
