Netgear R7000 Circle bedtime and time-limits is not working properly

Dears,

I setup and subscribe to Circle service using R7000 circle perental control, Time appear correct on both the router admin and circle 1st gen app, but bedtime and time-limits is not work as supose to be.

Please advise

same for me on a rax75. it seems to work after a reboot of the router for about an hour or so. but then breaks again.
