Netgear with circle is not sending me a admin code via text

I am trying to get my circle app to resend me the admin code to my phone and it says "something went wrong - try again in a few minutes". 

 

None of my older codes are working, and I would really like to have the circle benefits - I've been getting this code for 6 months...
