New Phone Number - Unable to Access Circle App with new iPhone

I cancelled my old phone line that was tied to my Circle Smart Parental Controls App on the Netgear Nighthwawk Router. After installing the Circle App, it tries to send a 4 digit code to my old phone line (which is deactivated). Is there any way to re-assign my new number to log in with a 4 digit admin code?
