That sort of question will be more likely to get a response from "someone who actually knows about Circle" if posted the community forum for Disney Circle: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Circle-Smart-Parental-Controls/bd-p/en-home-circle 

It's not that people participating in the "plain old Orbi forum" don't want to help; most of us have never activated Circle and thus know absolutely nothing about it.
