Not recieving Circle passcode after reinstallation of android app
I have had to reinstall the circle android app on numerous occasions. This is due to the app no longer connecting to circle. Yesterday this occured and so i unisntalled and reinstaled the app but unfortunately, after installation and trying to 'Manage Circle' I am unable to receive the passcode after sending. I am the only admin and do not have a passcode. Has anybody solved this problem without having to set up circle from scratch? I pay £4.99 a month for this service and im beginning to think it should be free!

I am having same problem. I have no passcode and when I ask to have it texted to me i receive nothing. I only have circle installed on one device and deleting and reinstaling it does nothing.

Same issue, can somebody look in to this. Appereantly the passcode recovery procedure doesnot work.
