Hello. I recently upgraded to the premium SPC on my device, I paid for the full year. After a week it has stopped working. No history shows, no time limits, no bedtime, none of the functions are working. It does show the devices for each profile and if they are connected or not.
I have rebooted the router, unplugged and reset the router. I have wiped the app data and done a fresh install.
Firmware Version is v2.7.4.24 with no updates available.
Same issue here. Purchased a year subscription and noticed my daughter was using her device well past the night time I set. Regretting the purchase at this point.
