Cirlce used to work on my Orbi system. A few months ago, all our personal devices quit working when parental controls were turned on. I did a firmware update and ever since Circle will not launch. I either nothing after I click enable cirlce or after I try to log into the router it tries to turn on Circle and then crashes and says something went wrong, try again.
I tried to do a factory reset and set up wireless again but still the same issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Orbi RBR50v2 and the current firmware is V2.5.1.16. It seems that everytime I try to turn on parental controls, the internet turns off for devices assigned to people (phones and computers) which then prevents me from accessing Circle.
