I am having an issue that circle doesn’t seem to be working on my orbi router. The circle app is set to block YouTube however can still access it on multiple devices. After spending over 30 minutes going through all the standard troubleshooting steps with the circle support team with no resolution I was redirected to netgear. Any ideas on steps I can take to fix the issue. I also am unable to pause the internet through the app. Thanks
