I have a Berger’s orbi router and have been using the circle software for parental controls. My husband and I got new phones and we cannot get back to the circle app. No passcode I have tried works and we never receive a text for the code. Can you please help !

Please perform a factory reset on your Orbi units by pressing down on the reset button for 15+ seconds. After doing so, you will need to run through the Orbi setup assistant again. Once the Orbi is setup, please refer to the following article linked below to setup Circle on your Orbi router.
