Re: Parental Controls missing on RBR850
So ethernet ports on RBS become non functional after they were updated? Did you factory reset the RBS after the FW update?
Ok the downgrade of the RBR is a known. Same thing for 7 series as well.

Just curious, are you able to downgrade back to v3 by chance?
No, The satellites are ok to downgrade to v3, but I could not downgrade the router to v3.

No, Ethernet ports are ok.
The problem is in the Router that can't recognize the wired satellites. Wired satellites can be added, but after restart they get permanently disconnected.
Factory resetting the satellites did not help.

Re: Parental Controls missing on RBR850
Ok. I'll pass this on to NG for review. I'm kinda dreading updating to this version as my RBS are ethernet connected.

Then don't upgrade to this software. I had to disconnect Ethernet on my 2 Satellites and use wireless backhaul instead.
Looking forward for a fix from Netgear.

Re: Parental Controls missing on RBR850
Ok well, I'm a beta testers so I may have to udpate.
Any chance we could get some debug logs from you if they need some logging?
Are your RBS directly connected to the RBR or are there any LAN switches in between? If so, can you give brand and model#...

Re: Parental Controls missing on RBR850
Ok good. Thanks for the info. I'll see what they need if anything. Hate to see that feature be broken.
