Passcode Not Recognised

* Circle Passcode Not Recognized *

The passcode is being sent to my iPhone, but when I enter it, the passcode is not recognised. What could be causing this problem and how can I fix it? Very frustrating! Thank you.

Hello Kitster, 

A couple things you may try: 

1. Reboot your router

2. Ensure you have the latest Circle app version

3. Reinstall the Circle app
