R6400-100UKS and Disney Circle

Hello, Looking to buy the R6400-100UKS as shown on Amazon UK, On the Netgear site it does say the R6400v2 does come with Disney Circle, 

I know some routers get another name from what they are called in the US so asking is the R6400-100UKS the same router and does it support Circle ?

R6400-200UKS should be the SKU for the R6400v2.
