I have enabled the parental controls on my netgear router; however, after a few minutes or an hour, it randomly loses internet connection trhoughout the day and so I have to renable it which doens't always work. Everything else is fine with the router except for this one issue and when I try to enable Circle through the Nighthawk app, it loads and then displays the message "Error: Something went wrong. Please try again."
I read that to potentially fix the issue, I have ot update the firmware but the router is up-to-date. So, how can I fix this issue?

May you perform a factory reset on your router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds using a pin/needle. You will need to run through the setup assistant again and you may do so using the Nighthawk app.
