R6900P Disney Circle and Zscaler blocking all internet traffic

Hey-

I've got a R6900P and am using Disney Circle Parental Controls for my 13 year old.  My company uses Zscaler.  Whenever I have Circle and Zscaler running, I cannot access the internet.  If I turn one off, the internet works fine.  Does anyone have thoughts on a solution?  

The workaround I sorted out with IT help was to login to my router, turn off the parental controls and then turn them back on.  This allows the computer to connect when it otherwise wouldn't.  I don't have administrative priviledge on this laptop so I can't turn off Zscaler without a one-time code from IT.

Setting the laptop to unmanaged in Disney Circle resolves this issue.
