R8000P Circle Restore Error Occured

I can backup profiles fine on the circle app, but when i try do a restore i just get message error occurred. I have reset router to defaults but issue still there. I have recently upgraded from a R8000 so not sure if it is clashing but i did also delete and reinstall the app.
