Hello Saundo,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!!!!
I understand that you are having difficulties with blocking devices using the Orbi app.
To block the device using the Orbi app, navigate to the following starting from the home page:
- Parental controls
- Swipe right on the device
- Then select pause
For more information about parental controls navigate to the link below:

Re: RBR50 Not Tracking Usage
I am aware of how to block devices in the app. My question said the app is not actually blocking the devices when I pause them nor is it tracking any usage when I know the devices are connected and being used. For example the attached account on my parental controls has multiple devices connected but does not show any usage

Hi Saundo,
I understand that your SPC app is not actively blocking devices.

Re: RBR50 Not Tracking Usage
Why do you guys do this? Why are you PMing people instead of posting the solution? I bought my Orbing about a week ago and now it is doing the same thing. It will block the devices for a couple days and then just stop. Whats up with that?
