RBR50v2 can't get passcode
First, I can't log into my router no matter how I try. 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, or the orbilogin.com that is on the bottom of the router. Then, half the time the Circle app won't send the passcode I get a sorry something went wrong message and the other half it says it sent the passcode but it doesn' show up anywhere so I am unable to set up Circle 1 Generation again. Been reinstalling the app, resetting the modem, nothing works. Are you just phasing out the product?
Windows 11
Don't know the firmware because I can't log into the router.

What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
Not sure if that is related to next bit:

Circle has its own bolt hole.
Circle Smart Parental Controls - NETGEAR Communities
But you might want to solve the access issue first.
Are you just phasing out the product?
It might help to check the right section for your device.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
