Unable to reset Circle password

I re-installed the Circle Parental Controls app on my iPhone 7 to try to fix a subscription problem.  Now I can't sign in.  I don't remember my sign-in password so I tapped the "Forgot your password" link.  When I enter my email address and tap the "Send code" button I get a "Unable to send code" error.  Is there another way to reset my password?  My phone has not changed since I created my Circle account.
