Unable to sign in to App

Virgin media was down for about 12 hours. When it came back on the app was reset. We have a monthly subscription for Premium and have so for about 18 months. When trying to 'restore purchase' it says no vail subscription. When I check Apple subs the sub is there and active. When I try and click on 'Subscribe' it says unable to as there is already a valid subscription. Can anyone help please? The app is the same on both mobile devices.

 

I can't remember the name we used when we subscribed and worried we will lose all the profiles.

Can an admin advise? Paying for an app with no support is not accpetable really. App now working but profiles lost.
