Where is the support for Circle

I have been locked out of Circle on my WIFI for some random reason. I've tried to retrieve the admin passcode and get to the point that it sends a passcode to me via SMS, but it never arrives, I cannot figure out a workaround to get the passcode and every attempt I make to contact Netgear I hit a brick wall, because they want me to purchase a premium help support.

Any helpful advice about how to get Circle on Netgear this up and running again.
