Why do kids phones move from managed to unmanned on Circle?

I think my kids know how to remove their phones from Circle and place them in unmanaged in the router. I put their devices back in “Circle” mode but by the morning they have been moved to unmanaged. I know my kids are doing this. Just don’t know how or how to stop it.

Hi @Kjones1998,

Welcome to the community!

You can check and make sure that they don't have Circle installed on their devices and then go through the setup again and select the option "I'm the only admin" as described on the link below.

You can then setup a PIN lock as described here:

Great! also, when I try to change the admin password to the router I get stuck too. I know that I go to the login page but when I type in the serial number  the "continue" button does not function.  Could you tell me about this?

When trying to access the router UI, you should be prompted for the username and password and not the serial number. Have you tried using another device in getting to the router UI?
