circle SMS code- has anyone received a code and got resolution???

Question

I submitted a question about not receiving a SMS code and got a response that my information needed to be sent to get the code. Then I received an email message saying I should go to my private messages (to get the code, I guess). However, I never received a code and now they don't answer emails. Has any ever gotten resolution or is this a ploy?&nbsp; Let me know your experience.&nbsp;

I did get a response and a code and I was able to turn on 2 of 3 devices. It does work when they send the code!!
