discrepancy between circle recorded app time and device screentime
many of our devices are being shut off from internet connectivity by day time limits that just do not correspond with the actual screentime at the devices themselves. For example we recorded Circle apply a cap on usage of snapchat after 90 mins, whereas the actual recorded screentime until that same point was only 18 mins. In this way the timelimits make no sense at all.
What is the cause for the discrepancy and how can we solve this?

Re: discrepancy between circle recorded app time and device screentime
Hello,
I recommend using the following link to open a support case regarding the Circle: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx. To open a support case, please follow the steps below.
1. Select "Get help on my NETGEAR product"
2. Select your country
3. Select "I have a NETGEAR product without a serial number"
4. In the dropdown menu, please select "Circle" as the product
Regards,
Christian

Re: discrepancy between circle recorded app time and device screentime
Christian, why do you respond to my question by suggesting I should log another support case? I would prefer Netgear would answer and resolve the functional issue we have with the circle software. thanks, Ynse
